Consent to the storage of personal data

1. 1. You hereby grant Digital Media Publishing s.r.o., U Kamýku 284/11, 14200 Prague 4, ID 28973925, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 157055 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), to process the following personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"):

  • name and surname;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;

2. The above personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

  • inclusion in the database for sending online commercial communications.

3. You grant your consent to processing for a period of 3 years for the purpose of:

  • sending commercial communications, unless you extend this period.

4. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Data Controller, but personal data may also be processed by the following processors:

  • The service provider Digital Media Publishing s.r.o., U Kamýku 284/11, 14200 Prague 4;
  • Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, but not currently used by the Company.

5. Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.

6. Consent to processing can be withdrawn at any time by sending a letter or email requesting removal.

7. Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, such withdrawal will result in the removal of the user registration from the database, including the associated personal data,
  • request information from the Controller about what personal data it processes,
  • request access to your personal data processed by the Controller and request a copy of it,
  • in the case of automated personal data, to their portability, to have your processed personal data updated or corrected, or to request restriction of their processing,
  • request the company to delete your personal data, unless it is personal data that the Controller is obliged or authorised to further process under the relevant legislation,
  • to effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been violated as a result of the processing of your personal data in breach of this Regulation,
  • in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
